What form of payment do you accept? TOP
Currently we accept paypal. You can pay with your debit/credit card via paypal. For those customers who do not wish to pay via paypal we will accept Postal Money Orders. *Postal money orders are the ones you purhcase from the post office. No other money orders will be accepted.
*Personal checks will be accepted from MSW employees only.
 
 
Can I order over the phone? TOP
At this time we are not set up to accept debit/credit cards over the phone. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause you and we are looking into possibly offering this option in the future. However, for now, credit and debit cards are processed via PayPal (you don't have to have a paypal account). Please refer to question #1 for our acceptable methods of payment.
 
Can you rush my order? TOP
***RUSH orders will be processed 14 'calendar days' from the date of your order and will be shipped RUSH - Priority mail . If your order is to be rushed please add the RUSH FEE that coinsides with your order total to your cart before you check out.
 
How soon will my order ship? TOP
Our in house designer persoanally hand crafts each and every order. Her manufacturing time is approximately 4 weeks from the time that you placed your order. If you need your order sooner than this time frame you may choose to add "rush" fee to your order.
 
Can I cancel my order? TOP
Due to the custom nature of our products your order cannot be cancelled or exchanged. Often times we will order the supplies to complete your order as soon as your order is placed to ensure there are no delays in processing your order.
 
Do you ship Internationally? TOP
Yes, we do ship Internationally via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is currently not available to Italy at this time. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
 
What is your return policy? TOP
Due to the custom nature of our products we do not offer returns unless there was a error in your order on our part. Exchanges are determined on a case-by-case basis and only non-personalized items are eligible for exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping of item to be exchanged, a 20% restocking fee, in addition to ship the new item back at our standard stated rates.
 
What is the difference in the Boutique Sets bottoms? TOP
Diaper Covers are simply that, diaper covers. Bloomers are designed basically shorts with elastic at the hems. Both bloomers and shorts will hit above the knee. Pantaloons hit mid calf and have elastic at the hems. Pants are full length.
 
Do you have a sizing chart? TOP
Due to the custom nature of our products we do not currently have a sizing chart. Each clothing item is hand made and may vary slightly in measurements. This is also for those customers wanting to supply custom measurements to ensure the proper fit for their child. If you are unsure of the size you should order just email us and we will be more than happy to assist you with your purchase.
 
Where is your store? Can I come shop? TOP
We operate just north of Birmingham, Alabama. We currently do not have a "brick and morter" retail store for customers to come and shop.
